CARTA DE RECLAMACIÓN A HOTEL EN INGLÉS
Dear Sirs Responsible for Hotel Aguantilando.:
My name is Manuel Pentri, and I was staying with my wife, in her hotel establishment between 20 and 25 March this year in room number 473.
I want to express my dissatisfaction with the service being offered, even having expressed our dissatisfaction several times, did not improve at all.
From the cleanliness and quality of the chosen room, which left much to be desired, to the final price billed me, there have been a series of unexpected situations that have tarnished to some extent my stay in the city.
The reception itself I left a detailed record of my complaints to any other customer again have the same treatment as I never again to any hotel chain.

I have just returned from my holiday in Greece at the Hotel Athens in Hania, Crete that you expressly recommended. Unfortunately, neither your recommendations nor those of the holiday brochure coincided with reality.
Firstly, the hotel was not "alongside the beach" but in a very seedy and run down area of the city. The area close to the hotel was not "quiet and relaxing with only the cries of gulls and whisper of the waves on the beach" but loud with the continuous rattling of pneumatic drills by day and drunken Greeks at night!
Secondly, there was no "good-sized swimming-pool shaded by palms" but a dirty, deep hole in the ground with no water in it and not one palm tree to be found!
Lastly, the hotel room did not "boast an ample balcony with views of leaping porpoises in the bay", in fact; I could not see anything from my bedroom window except the stone wall of the block of flats 5 metres from my invisible balcony!
As you may imagine, due to the obvious distress these revelations caused me after embarking on this holiday with such high expectations (raised by you), I trust that you will not be surprised that I shall be consulting my lawyers about taking further action against you.

Last July my sister and I went for a week to the island of Corfu (Greece) on a trip organized by your agency. When you hire we were offered a number of advantages, such as a hotel near the sea, near the village, three stars, guides wait for us at the point of arrival and would guide us, etc.
Unfortunately, the problems started when we got to Athens, our luggage was lost and no one to help your company. Arriving at the hotel on the island of Corfu we find an unpleasant surprise. The hotel was in the middle of the island several kilometers both the sea and the village. It was two stars, it was really dirty and spoke only Greek.
Consequently, we claim damages for non-compliance with the conditions offered by you on this trip. I attached the details of the travel brochure we hire and our data.
I await your reply, informing him that if within a reasonable period does not occur, initiate other management.

March 24 2009Director Rubén Moon: My name is Julian Perez, director of HP Latin America and constant guest of the Hilton hotels Science. During my stays all quality expectations have been met until yesterday I've been disappointed. Since yesterday morning I made the check-in, my stay at the hotel has been a complete nightmare and that is why I decided to write this letter and demonstrate my inconformidad.Desde arrival things started badly. Then I explain the series of events that have caused me great harm in myself and in the workplace:
Arriving and get my luggage there was no one interested in helping me even though there were 2 people unemployed
By entering and check-in, the young man who waited on me, Guillermo Rodriguez did it rude and desultory manner, including problems increpándome products my company, HP.
Upon reaching the room I find with surprise that there was no wired connection to the Internet, which was necessary for my work. This caused my head I deducted a day's pay for failing to meet the work commissioned me.
To do away with disappointment, I find a mouse in the bathroom which caused me to faint and hit my head on the ground. All this strikes your satisfaction policies, which which has led me to the decision to cancel my membership "Frequent Customer" and not return to their hotels because of the lack of services
My plea is for a room change, for the remainder of the week, since I have to stay in the city and other hotels are full. Similarly I would like will check their services, as they lie to the public in what they offer and all they cause is that your reputation fall. Appreciate your attention and demand that you take action on the matter to resolve the situation best.
